From Emirates Road, take exit 44 to the AI Ruwayal AI Ain road. As soon you are on the AI Ain Road, take the next exit (exit 16) to Academic City. Go straight down on Academic City Road, and make a right on the second round-about. Continue on this road and make left on the first roundabout. Keep driving and you will see the new buildings on your left.
